Application Process
Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Deadline: For EOI by end of day 30 September 2026, midnight UK (BST)
- Content: Include a brief overview of your institution/organization, your experience in hosting similar events, and your vision for the symposium, including location.
- Submission: EOIs should be sent to INKS Executive Committee via email to globalketo@neuroketo.org
Full Proposal Submission
- Deadline: For those whose EOI is approved, a full proposal must be submitted by 13 November 2026
- Content Requirements: Proposals should include detailed information as outlined in the documents below.

Being mindful of the geographical locations of previous symposia, geographical diversity will be taken into consideration when assessing applications. However, applicants should not be deterred from expressing an interest even if they are geographically close to the location of the most recent symposium. High-quality applications will be considered on their merits and may be considered for hosting a future symposium.
